so i took my father around a bottle of scotch. It's always a bit strange going round there. It's depressing because he's depressed, but it's also good, because he's so much more fucked up than me i don't feel so bad about my own mental state

Better late than never hey? Sorry for the delay, I've been busy.

Rather than delay it any longer with faux fanfare, I'll just do the poll thing, yeah?

Okay here goes...

[editor's note, by ana] one more story added to the list, and to the poll.

I caused a lot of confusion about the end date of the 3rd husi short story challenge. I can admit that now. It's the whole timezone thing. I didn't realise people would get so hung up on it.

Rather than stuff it up again, I need your help to work it out. The last thing I said is that it's not over while it's still the 23rd somewhere in the world(up until midnight in that place). I don't know where that is, or what that works out to GMT. (some time on the 24th, no doubt!)

If you're smart, you'll be able to work it out for greenwich mean time, and make it a comment in the diary letting the rest of us know

But don't put it in unless you're sure, cos otherwise this diary will be a big confusing debate all over again!

a couple of people asked. I'll get on to it in the next few days. just been busy with other stuff.

I'm jumping on the bandwagon that I got rolling and posting some of my funner K5 diaries, because some people have unearthed some cool stuff of their own
